What will it cost?

Final pricing lands closer to launch, and waitlist members see it first at founding-member rates. For context: it's a fraction of a €3,000 coaching certification and less than a month of 1:1 coaching.

Is this for beginners?

It's built primarily for personal trainers past their basic certification, and it's open to anyone serious about their own health. It is not a beginner "get fit in 12 weeks" plan.

How is this different from OPEX or my cert?

Your cert taught you the basics; OPEX is a deep, expensive certification. LURE is broader and more holistic: training, hormones, mindset, longevity and the business, delivered as an accessible online program with templates you use immediately.
